Hey guys! The recipe I am posting today has multiple forms. You can serve this sandwich as a cold sandwich or as a toasted one both ways it tastes amazing and is very very creamy in texture. This is a perfect recipe if you want to serve it for your kitty party as a finger food as a cold sandwich. I have made it three ways one in a griller, one in a griller pan and one as cold sandwich. You can make it using brown bead, white bread or any bread of choice. For this recipe you need to hang the curd in a muslin cloth for at-least 3 hours so that all the moisture is gone and the curd becomes creamy in texture. So lets get started….

Ingredients:
White bread – 10 slices
Paneer (grated) – 100 gms
Hung curd – 200 gms
Grated cheese – 1/2 cup
Grated carrot – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped capsicum – 1 medium
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes – 2 tbsp
Ginger chilli paste – 1 tsp
Pizza seasoning – 1 tbsp
Butter

Method:
1) In a bowl mix together the paneer, cheese, carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt, ginger chilli paste, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning, mayonnaise and mix this all together using a spatula or a spoon. Now add the hung curd and mix it using a spatula or a spoon and the filling is ready. The filling will be creamy in texture.
2) Take bead slices and apply butter on all. Take the filling in a spoon and apply it on one bread slice (apply generously as the curd on grilling tends to simmer down) and cover it with the other bread slice. At this stage you can either grill it or if you want to serve it cold then wrap it using a cling wrap and keep it in the fridge for 15 mins. Serve with ketchup, chutney or mayonnaise.
