Hey guys! The recipe I am posting today is healthy breakfast recipe and very easy to make. So lets get cooking…

Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 1/2 cup

Jowar flour – 1/4 cup

Rice flour – 1/4 cup

Maize/Makai flour – 1/4 cup

Bajra/Pearl Millet flour – 1/4 cup

Carrot (grated) – 1 carrot

Methi/Fenugreek (fresh) (finely chopped) – 1 cup

Gobi/Cabbage (grated) – 1/4 cup

Cucumber/Kakdi (grated) – 1 medium

Potato (grated) – 1 small

Curd – 2 tbsp

Ginger paste – 1 tsp

Green Chilly (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp

Salt as per taste

Sesame seeds/Til for garnish

oil for greasing

Method:

1) In a bowl take all the ingredients together and make a semi soft dough (do not add water in kneading this dough). Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Make small balls out of this dough and roll them into small roti shape thalipeeth.

2) Cover one top with sesame seeds and press them into the thalipeeth gently. On a non stick pan grease it with oil and cook both the sides of the thalipeeth till golden brown. Serve hot.
