Chocolate Sandwich

Hey guys!!! Chocolate sandwich is very popular with kids and adults like me who love chocolate. We just celebrated friendship’s day and what better way than with these delicious chocolate goodies. I have used white bread in this recipe you can use brown bread also. This is a yet another amazing chocolate recipe and it is very easy to make. I have used chocolate ganache in this recipe you can use regular chocolate sauce also. So celebrate the spirit of friendship by indulging in this chocolate goodness…..

Ingredients:

White Bread – 8 pieces

Chopped Chocolate (Sweet or Dark or combine both) – 200 grams

Chocolate Ganache – 8-10 tbsp

Chopped banana – 1 large banana

Butter- 4 tbsp

Method:

1. In order to make the chocolate ganache in a glass bowl take 200 grams dark or sweet chocolate and 200 grams dairy cream and microwave for total 30- 40 seconds till the choclate melts completely. (Do not microwave all at once do it in batches of 10-10 seconds).

2. Take a grill pan for the sandwich. For assembling the sandwich take two slices of the bread. Apply 1-2 tbsp of chocolate ganache on both the slices. Place some of the chopped banana and around 2-3 tbsp of chopped chocolate on one slice then add the grated cover with the other slice and press it slightly. Apply butter on both the sides of the bread and grill it till crispy. Make similar sandwiches using the other slices.

6. Serve hot topped with chocolate sauce.

  2. When my sister and I would crave chocolate, we would melt chocolate, drench a slice of bread in the chocolate and add some nuts on top. Didn’t try grilling it. This looks absolutely yum!
