Pizza bites

Hey guys! The recipes I am posting today is a very tasty finger food. You can use this recipe for your kitty parties or if you have guests over for dinner. I have used square shaped pizza base you can use round also. The idea is to serve mini portions as finger food. So lest get cooking…

Ingredients:

Mini Pizza base (square) – 4 pieces

For Topping:

Paneer (cottage cheese) (chopped in cubes) – 150 grams

Onion (diced) – 1 Large

Tomato (diced) – 1 large

Capsicum (diced) – 1 large

Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Roasted cumin powder/Jeera powder – 1 tsp

Coriander powder/Dhania powder – 1 tsp

Pav bhaji masala – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Oil – 1 tsp

Butter (melted) – 1 tsp

Pizza sauce – 1 tbsp

Mint Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp

Processed cheese (grated) – 14/ cup

Others:

Chilli Flakes

Pizza seasoning

Mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese (finely chopped or grated)

Oil for greasing the pan

Method:

1) In a bowl mix together all the ingredients for toppings and cover and keep aside for few minutes.

2) Take the pizza square and add the topping on the base. Now add the chopped mozzarella cheese and sprinkle the chili flakes and pizza seasoning on it.

3) Now grease a non stick pan/tawa with oil and place the above prepared pizza on this. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes till base is crisp and the cheese has melted. Serve hot.

    This post brings back some memories… I remember throwing birthday parties – preparing the row of toppings and letting the kids make their own slices with their preferred toppings.

  10. i have made this on bread base too after lightly toasting it..it tastes yum. Of course, we can use the mini round base too and cut it into 6 slices to make it more ‘pizza-looking’

  12. How I wish I could simply order pizza without thinking much about my health. This post has been so tempting. My histamine level has been over the top for the past few years that I’ve developed urticaria. Having tomatoes on my food is not a no-no.
