Hey friends!!! The king of fruits is here. Summer is back again and the only thing good about the summers is it is the season of “Mango”. Alphonso Mangoes are juicy and yummy. These mangoes are available only during the three months of summer hence mangoes are a must for everyday. During summers if you dont have mangoes it is a waste of the season. Today I am posting recipe for Mango Masti. It is rich thick shake made out of juicy alphonso mangoes. make sure you make this recipe at-least once during this mango season. You can serve it as a welcome drink during summers and impress your guests and even kids will love it as it has all the favorite ingredients of kids. It is very easy to make this recipe and requires just 10 minutes of your time. The only pre -preparation required chopping the mangoes. Serve it chilled and cool down this summer. So lets get the Masti started…
Alphonso Mango- 2 Large size
Chilled Milk- 1/2 Cup
Powdered Sugar- 2 tbsp
Vanilla Ice Cream – 3 scoops
Ice cubes – 3-4 cubes
1) Remove the skin of the alphonso mango and cut into small pieces.
2) In a blender blend the mango pieces, 2 scoops of ice cream, ice cubes, milk and sugar into smooth paste.
3) Pour this into a glass and add one scoop of ice cream on top. Garnish with some chopped mango pieces.
4) Serve immediately.
You can add more sugar as per your taste. For me this is perfect amount as mangoes have their own sweetness.
