Dragon Fruit Milkshake

Hey all! In my last post I had shared with you all a simple dessert recipe using Dragon Fruit. Today I am sharing recipe for milkshake which is also very tasty and delicious. I have used the red pulp dragon fruit and if you are unable to get your hands on one you can make this using white pulp dragon fruit also. However the red one tastes more sweeter.

Ingredients:

Dragon fruit – 2 large

Banana – 1 medium

Milkmaid – 1/4 cup

Milk – 1 and 1/2 cups

Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt a pinch

Chopped banana for garnishing

Method:

1) Remove the dragon fruit pulp and freeze it for a hour.

2) In a blender jar take together all the ingredients and blend it well.

3) In a glass pour the milkshake and add in the chopped banana bits. Serve chilled.
