Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing great and are safe at home. During these tough times staying at home the entire day is getting increasing difficult specially for those who have kids. Keeping the kids busy and active is very important. Many mothers have taken up the task sportingly and have started including their kids in cooking new recipes and engaging them to help with the same. Banana Oats milkshake is one such recipe where you can engage your kid to help with making as it so simple to make this milkshake. It is tasty and hence your kids will not only love to make it but also slurp it up. So lets get blending…
Chilled milk – 1 cup
Bananas – 2 large
Rolled oats – 1/2 cup
Honey – 2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 tsp
1) Slightly roast the oats and keep aside. Chop the bananas roughly.
2) In a mixture jar take all the ingredients and blend it all together.
3) Pour it in a tall glass and garnish as desired. Serve chilled.
