Mint Chocochips Ice cream

Hey guys…Diwali vacations are over and all of us are back to work. Had a short break from my blog but I am back with a delicious and yummy ice cream recipe. What better way to start post vacation mode other than ice cream. It is a simple no churn ice cream that is easy to make and is ready in just a few hours. So impress your guests with this unique, delicious and easy to make ice cream.

Ingredients-

Whipping cream – 2 cups

Condensed Milk- 1 cup

Fresh Cream- 1/2 cup

Mint Essence- 2 tsp

Choco Chips- 1 cup

Green food color- 1 tsp

Method:

1) Whip the whipping cream till it forms soft peaks.

2) In another bowl mix the condensed milk, fresh cream, mint essence and choco chips. Now fold the cream into this mixture using a spatula. Do not mix vigorously fold gently using the spatula.

3) Pour the above mixture in an aluminium tin/ insulated tub or ice cream mould of choice and set it in freezer for 2-3 hours.

4) Serve garnished with choco chips or chocolate sauce. My personal favorite is a scoop of this ice cream with a slice of warmed up biscuit cake. For my recipe on biscuit cake please follow the link below:

  2. I was curious if you ever thought of changing the layout of
your site? Its very well written; I love what youve
got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content
so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2
pictures. Maybe you could space it out better? http://aeonvision.net/__media__/js/netsoltrademark.php?d=www.interior.my%2Fdesign-ideas
