Hey guys…this recipe has a story of my friendship behind it. I have always been used to drinking coffee never have I ever had tea in my life. When I joined college for pursuing law my friends mostly were tea drinkers except one. This one friend is a very close friend of mine and we had a habit of spending our Sundays lazing around at my place. Now she is a foodie and I loved cooking and experimenting. So I started experimenting with coffee recipes with her. Her all time favorite has always been cold coffee. Whenever she was around she would ask for cold coffee and she still remembers it. Though now due to many other responsibilities added we happen to meet less but I still miss serving her cold coffee. This inspired me to start trying different coffee recipes and this recipe is one of those. So this recipe is dedicated to our friendship and all those Sundays filled with fun. Easy to make and very delicious recipe…lets get slurping then….
